**Find Your Opportunity:  
**Discover the opportunity to do what you are passionate about. To achieve this, you need clarity—separating the things you **want** in life from those you **do not want**.

**Want Examples:  
**                        • Teaching and mentoring others  
                        • Leadership and being the best version of yourself  
                        • Solving problems with precision and strategy  
                        • Strategic planning with a high-performing team

**Key Principles for Success:**

1. **Seek Mentors, Coaches, and Sponsors:  
   ** ○ A **mentor** offers guidance and insights, often in an informal relationship.  
   ○ A **coach** provides more formalized guidance, helping you achieve specific goals.  
   ○ A **sponsor** is someone who advocates for you when you’re not in the room. To                                     increase your visibility and opportunity, get a sponsor who can speak on your                                      behalf.
2. **Build Your Story:** Develop your narrative by embracing key responsibilities—whether that’s managing a P&L, mastering sales, or getting comfortable with the uncomfortable. This journey will strengthen your intrapreneurial and entrepreneurial skills.
3. **Balance Business and People: Business is full of uncertainty**. The key to navigating it is finding purpose in all you do and staying authentic to yourself.
4. **Understand "No" is a Complete Sentence**: Boundaries are essential. It’s okay to say "no" without explanation.
5. **Self-Assessment and Growth:**  
    ○ Perform regular self-assessments.  
    ○ Create stretch goals that push you out of your comfort zone.  
    ○ Simplify your approach to success—complexity only adds noise.
6. **Be the Right Leader at the Right Time: **Leadership is about being prepared when the opportunity comes. Evaluate yourself through 360-degree feedback, or by getting input from your team on your strengths and areas for growth.

4. **Generate Wealth and Time Freedom**: Financial independence is important, but so is having the time to enjoy it.
